| I've forgotten the password to My Account. What can I do? |
Click on the login link located on the top right of the screen above the logo. This will bring up a dedicated login page. Below the area to enter your password is a link that reads "Forgotten your Password?” Click on that link and follow the instructions. A password will be immediately emailed to you. Use the new password to log-in. |

| Is online shopping safe? |
You are not at risk when processing your credit card transaction online. Your information is transmitted to us via 128 bit encryption and stored on our database encrypted. The reality is that it's actually much safer to enter your credit card number on a secure online site than it is to give your credit card to a waiter at a restaurant.
Never give anyone the password that you use to log on to your online account or Internet Service Provider.

| What are my payment options? |
Credit Cards Reggie’s accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.
Cash Reggie’s does not accept cash as a payment method. |

| Refunds Once your refund has been approved it will take 5-14 days to reflect in your bank account. |

| I’ve got two vouchers; can I use them together? |
This is not possible. Please email info@reggies.co.za and we will arrange a combination voucher to be sent to you. |

| How do I redeem a gift card / voucher? |
Voucher and gift cards are redeemed during the checkout process. Once you click the checkout button you are taken to the checkout section where you can then enter your voucher / gift card number Please enter this number in the coupon or gift card tab, then simply click update basket. Please note when you are purchasing an item and your total cost of the order is less than the voucher amount, no refunds will be given. Please purchase gift cards that make up the remaining amount owed to you. Only one voucher or gift card can be used per transaction |

| What are the expiry dates on vouchers and gift cards? |
Expiry dates for e-gift cards are shown on the e- gift card. In store gift cards are valid for a year from date of purchase. |

| Do I have to register to place an order? |
Yes. Reggie’s has ensured that the registering is as easy as possible. It’s a simple one step process that’s part of the checkout. We need to collect some important information in order for us to process your order successfully. It also has some added benefits like checking your order status; we’ll also be able to review your order history which will help in managing your own profile. |

| How do I buy something that I see listed on the website? |
To start your shopping you can begin your search in three different ways:
- If you wish to browse our product range, select one of the options from the list of categories on the tabs situated at the top of the page.
- Use the search box in order to find exactly what you are looking for
- Click into our brand stores situated on the left hand side.
Once you have decided on the product that you would like to purchase all you have to do is click the “add” button located next to the product of choice. Once you have clicked the ”add” button a sign will appear to confirm that the selected product has been added to your shopping cart.
You can view all your items in My shopping cart which is situated on the right hand side. Once you are in your shopping cart section you can click the checkout button and follow the 5 simple steps to successfully place your order. |

Yes. We have various brands on our site. Click on the “more brands” button situated under our brand store icons or search for the brand you are interested in. |

| What sort of order confirmation will I receive? |
An email notification confirming your order will be emailed to you. |

| Can I place an order to be delivered in South Africa if I live overseas? |
Yes. Fill in all the necessary fields with your details. If you don’t have information for a field, such as an additional address line, please press space bar in that field. If it says invalid address, ensure that all the fields and drop down menus have been completed. |

| Can I put in my billing address if I live outside of South Africa? |
Yes, please put in your address into the billing address fields. If it says invalid, please ensure all the fields are completed, if necessary please press space bar in empty fields |

Deliveries

| Can I come and collect from your stores? |
Reggie’s will deliver the gift directly to your door. This is not possible unless prior arrangement has been made with Reggie’s. |

| How much does shipping cost? |
A standard fee of R50 is charged on all deliveries country-wide. |

| Do you ship to postal boxes? |
No. We only delivery to street addresses |

| How long will it take to process my order? |
Deliveries are within 5-7 working days |

| Can I change or cancel my order? |
If you have not received the order yet, please email info@reggies.co.za and include your contact details. If you have received the order, you have 7 days to return the item you wish to have refunded, on condition that it is in its original packaging. |

| Do you deliver outside of South Africa? |
No, we only deliver within South Africa. |

| The product is faulty, what do I do? |
Please email sales@reggies.co.za with the following information:
- Your relevant order number and the product that is faulty.
- A collection and delivery address.
- A contact telephone number
- A brief fault report of the product.
Reggie’s will then send the item to the relevant supplier to be repaired and keep you updated until your repaired item is dispatched to you.
